OUR TANNING PROCESS

1. Beamhouse & Soaking

Soaking raw skins in specialized wooden drums to restore moisture and remove impurities.

Using high-grade chrome and organic vegetable tanning extracts for high fiber strength.

Dyeing completely through the skin layers for permanent color fastness and vibrancy.
